As a 2012 Freestyle Wrestling Olympian, multi-time Pan American medalist, and 5-time amateur champion in MMA promotions across the US, I have trained at some of the best facilities around the world. Throughout my travels, I have found that the coaching at Queens Jiu Jitsu, under the supervision of Professor Quinn, is truly exceptional.

I never thought I would find such a supportive community in pursuing martial arts and physical fitness. Queens Jiu Jitsu is my home 5 minutes from home. Queens Jiu Jitsu is hands down the best gym in Astoria! Professor Quinn is an amazing coach with a great attention to detail. He's a high-level black belt who really knows his stuff, and he's always happy to help his students improve. The students here are also super friendly and welcoming, which makes for a great training environment. They offer gi and nogi classes for all skill levels, as well as wrestling classes. The academy is located right under the train, super convenient. Come try it out, you won’t regret it!
